Focusing on What Matters

01 — Individual Counseling

For new and seasoned individuals who are ready to begin their transformation journey.

Sometimes life is hard, and it’s harder trying to figure out who you are or how to become the person you want to be. During an individual session you will find enough time and space to find out just that. While we embark on a journey to figure out your life’s goals to become the best you, you will also learn from your past experiences and how they may be affecting or blocking who you want to be.

02 — Relationship Counseling

For new and seasoned Individuals and couples who are ready to begin exploring the gifts of relationship, or begin a season of transformation and change.

While each relationship is different, almost all of us long for connection, acceptance, and understanding. Sometimes there are misunderstandings or challenges that all relationships face but we don’t know how to surpass them. Relationship counseling provides a space for each member to feel safe, heard, and valued. The main goal of relationship counseling is to strengthen the relationship and rekindle the gifts of joy, happiness and connection.

03 — Children & Teen Counseling

Because playing is the language of children.

Let’s face it. Sometimes it’s challenging to understand children and teens. Even though we where once in their shoes we still don’t seem to understand them. The work with children can be challenging and very rewarding because at the end of the day, the child is obtaining the help they need to thrive. when your child or teen comes in to our office the primary focus is on allowing the child to build a trusting relationship with the counselor. And we use that connection to explore the mindset and behavior more closely. Allowing the child or teen a space in which he/she feels free of judgement and punishment increases their emotional, academic, social, personal growth, and self-control. While some children and teens demand privacy and non-parental disclosure during therapy some children and teens are happy to tell their parents all about their session that day.

04 — Family Counseling

Truth be told, every family has conflicts. Whether the family is biological or blended. The way that conflict is dealt with can also be a problem stressing the family. Family counseling offers a space in which family members can join in a safe place to discuss conflicts with one another while creating answers to the unique family dynamics and each member feeling heard, loved and accepted.

If you face your flaws, you’ll notice the change.
